For orders placed by customers in the United States, we work with third-party logistics and fulfillment partners in the United States to store inventory, process orders, and arrange shipment to customers.

The specific fulfillment facility or logistics provider used for an order may vary depending on inventory availability and operational arrangements.

Our manufacturing partner and U.S. fulfillment partners are separate from our U.S. customer service mailing address.

Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $200 USD or more
Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Estimated Transit Time: 5–10 business days after shipment
Estimated Total Delivery Time: Approximately 6–13 business days, including normal processing and transit time

These delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may take longer due to circumstances including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, peak-season volume, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes requested before an order enters fulfillment or is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 days from the date the order is delivered, as confirmed by carrier tracking information.

Returned merchandise generally must be:

Unwashed
Unaltered
In its original condition
Returned with original tags attached
Returned in original packaging where applicable

For eligible non-defective returns, including returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover applicable return shipping costs in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and the refund has been approved.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

If your return request is approved, our Customer Service Team will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Do not send returns to our manufacturing partner in China or to our U.S. Customer Service Mailing Address unless you have received specific written instructions from our Customer Service Team.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before the order enters fulfillment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.

If an order cannot be canceled, you may be able to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
